LivNordic, a spa centered on the principles of proven Nordic health traditions and combined with fitness and holistic wellness is set to open its first UAE franchise at the Cayan Tower—the world’s tallest twisted building—in Dubai Marina at an exclusive event on 27 April 2016. Developed by Raison d’Etre—a spa development company—the LivNordic Spa is operated and managed by Cayan Hospitality, a subsidiary of the Cayan Group. Designed to reflect elements of Swedish culture such as the principles of environmental sustainability, the Spa boasts of minimalistic designed open spaces decorated with the use of cool and soothing colors to help clients gain the most relaxation while enjoying a guilt-free visit. “While some may consider our move into hospitality services such as this Spa, a strategic mishap, we see it as an extension of the high quality lifestyle experience that the brand Cayan defines. Through this soft opening the Spa has obtained positive reviews and valuable feedback that has gone into its final preparation. The Spa when opened, will offer in addition to the unique Swedish inspired massages and treatments, nutrition products and advise, a gym and outdoor pool, and fitness classes such as small group Yoga or Pilates classes held at an outdoor deck, offering a truly blissful experience of connecting to nature. The Spa will offer various membership packages for residents of Cayan Tower, as well as non-residents.

About CAYAN Hospitality Will either carry out direct investments or conceptualize, design and operate hospitality products, services and solutions that include, but are not limited to, (a) Health & Wellness Spas, (b) Restaurants, (c) Retail, and (d) Serviced Apartments. The majority of the services provided through this subsidiary will be outsourced, aside from design, development and marketing of hospitality products, services and/or solutions to be managed ‘in house’ within the Cayan Group. Any outsourced parties are obliged to meet the standards of Cayan and must focus on serving client needs through relevant and innovative product and service solutions.
